With eight years of clinical experience in various manual therapy techniques, Stephanie’s background includes diplomas in Registered Massage Therapy, Manual Osteopathic Therapy, Holistic Nutrition and Personal Training.
Learning everything she can about the human body and enhancing her own healthspan has led to a fulfilling career in helping others do the same. It is Stephanie's passion to educate clients about their symptoms and empower them to take their health and wellness into their own hands. ​
Lia Muellers

Meet Sacral Edge's resident lymphatic specialist! Lia's passion truly is all things lymph, having multiple advanced lymphatic drainage certifications under her belt, Lia can work with all the tissues of the body from the muscles, to the abdominal organs, to the heart and lungs, and even the glymphatics of the brain!
Lia enjoys combining fascial stretch therapy, lymphatic drainage, and massage therapy to help clients get the best results.
